PINE STREET TOWNHOUSE

This 1915 Victorian Townhouse in West Philadelphia had many of the grand, original details intact. The goal of the project was to respectfully upgrade the house for a young family, modernizing the kitchen, bathrooms, and building systems, but to leave as much of the existing fabric in place as possible. The language of the renovation, while contemporary, draws upon color schemes, fixtures and finishes that speak to the wonderful eccentricities of Victorian architecture.
